Case Study: SouthData, Inc.

An innovative, growing provider of document solutions, SouthData sought to strengthen its branding, marketing strategy and competitive positioning. They turned to Indivia for a complete solution. The Indivia team conducted in-depth research and developed a comprehensive marketing and branding repositioning for the company. This included the design and implementation of a compelling new web site for the company (www.southdata.com). As a key component of the site, we interviewed and videotaped SouthData’s clients and core team members, and featured the clips in the site. Rather than presenting a monolithic image to prospective clients in different business categories, Indivia developed a multi-faceted approach to positioning SouthData for each of its core industries. Despite the challenges many companies face in the print industry, SouthData is thriving and continues to lead through the development and communication of innovative approaches to document solutions.

Case Study: Reading Co-operative Bank

As Reading Co-operative Bank began its search for a company to develop the face of the bank to the public, they wanted a solution that was going to go beyond the templated approach used by so many banks today. Rather than creating a site that “looked just like every other bank,” they tasked Indivia with the development of a site that took an accessible, human, and memorable approach to banking. The resulting site (www.readingcoop.com) succeeded to setting Reading Coop apart from its competition, and creating a one-to-one look and feel that is easily transferable to other Individualized™ media. The site is a refreshing and sophisticated counterpoint to the generic sites that are so common in the financial services industry – and reflects the determination with which Reading Coop and Indivia set about their task of standing out in a crowded marketplace.

Fusion is one of the largest, most innovative and efficient independent distributors of electronic parts and components in the world. As they looked to continue to grow their business, they needed a fresh, clear, and compelling positioning and communications platform to reach their prospects. Indivia developed a strategic marketing plan and comprehensive website, incorporating original photography and video (www.fusiontrade.com). By creating a distinctive marketing presence showcasing the people of Fusion, Indivia was able to set apart Fusion from their competition – and, in the process, communicate the level of individual service and attention that has become a hallmark of this growing market leader.
